This is Minnesota SPORTS Country! Are You Ready?

Minnesota has professional teams for all 4 major sports. The Twins baseball, Vikings football, Timberwolves basketball, and the Wild hockey team with their home right here in Saint Paul. Saint Paul has been home to these professional sports teams that have thrilled our fans throughout the year. While Saint Paul is the capital of the State of Hockey, the city also boasts the Independent League St. Paul Saints and the eccentric Roller Girls.  In 2017, the Minnesota Lynx will call Saint Paul home while the Target Center in Minneapolis is fully renovated.

You can catch the National Hockey League’s Minnesota Wild on the ice at Xcel Energy Center, which is considered one of the best sports venues in the world. Celebrated for the entertaining game day atmosphere and affordable tickets. The Saints baseball team plays their home games at CHS Field in Lowertown. Tickets start at five bucks, and the Saints have been voted “Best Place to Take Out-of-Town Guests”. Don’t overlook the “hell on wheels” action from the Minnesota RollerGirls–you’ll want to witness the fury between the Debu-Taunts and the Dagger Dolls in the Legendary Roy Wilkins Auditorium. You can also start getting pumped for soccer as the Minnesota United FC will be making their home in Saint Paul once their new stadium in Midway is completed.
